本篇文章首先对全成本管理对于医院精细化管理的必要性进行阐述,从全成本管理意识淡薄、医院整体管理水平偏低、缺乏规范的全成本管理职责设定三个方面入手,对医院全成本管理存在的主要问题进行解析,并以此为依据,提出以全成本为重点的医院财务精细化管理的优化措施。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给相关领域提供些许的参考。
This article first elaborates the necessity of full cost management for hospital delicacy management.
