随着并殖吸虫病防治工作的不断深入,并殖吸虫病病原学诊断方法及现场应用愈趋困难。血清学诊断方法具有快速、敏感等特点,但常出现交叉反应现象。目前在实际工作中,多采用虫卵或成虫的粗制抗原,因而常给诊断带来困难。为探讨交叉反应出现的原因,本文对丰宫并殖吸虫(ParagonimusProlferus)成虫的粗抗原进行了分离和纯化,认为其中有两种蛋白成分可能作为特异的诊断抗原,用于丰宫并殖吸虫的血清学诊断。选用250-300g重的大白鼠32只,经连续三天粪检阴性确认无并殖吸虫感染后,
