根据财政部国家税务总局的安排,干电池行业今年从一月份起实行产品税改为增值税。为了真实的反映干电池行业的实际情况,测算电池产品的增值税率,轻工业部日化局会同部财务价格司于1987年元月8日～10日在北京组织召开了“电池增值税测算会议”,参加会议的有北京、广州、上海、天津、安阳、成都、泰安,太原、南京、武汉、衡水、遵化等十二个电池厂的代表。与会代表根据会议要求,把各厂的85年、86年有关
According to the arrangements of the State Administration of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance, the dry battery industry will implement a product tax changed to VAT from January this year. In order to truly reflect the actual situation of the dry battery industry and measure the value-added tax rate of battery products, the Division of Financial Affairs of the Bureau of Daily Chemical Industry of the Ministry of Light Industry organized a “Meeting of Value Added Taxes for Battery VAT” in Beijing from January 8 to 10, 1987. Participants were representatives from 12 battery factories in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Anyang, Chengdu, Tai’an, Taiyuan, Nanjing, Wuhan, Hengshui and Zunhua. According to the requirements of the meeting, the delegates related the plant’s 85 years and 86 years.
