以“通生1号草莓”、“东方草莓”、“四季草莓新品种”3种长白山地区寒地草莓为试材,在正常日照和短日照处理下,对生长在相同环境中的3种草莓进行扫描电镜观察,分别将3种草莓的花芽分化情况进行记录并比较,探讨短日照处理对3种草莓花芽分化的影响。结果表明:短日照使“通生1号草莓”花芽分化提前3d,“东方草莓”花芽分化提前6d,而对“四季草莓新品种”花芽分化的影响不大;短日照处理对“通生1号草莓”和“东方草莓”的花芽分化均有促进作用,其中“东方草莓”最明显,“通生1号草莓”次之,对“四季草莓新品种”几乎无影响。
The strawberry from Changbai Mountain in “Tong Sheng No.1 Strawberry”, “Dongfang Strawberry” and “Four Seasons Strawberry Variety” were used as materials to test the growth of strawberry in Changbai Mountain area under normal and short daylight, Environment were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The flower bud differentiation status of three kinds of strawberries was recorded and compared respectively. The effects of short-day treatment on the flower bud differentiation of three kinds of strawberries were investigated. The results showed that the short sun allowed flower bud differentiation of “Tong Sheng No.1 Strawberry” ahead of schedule 3d and the flower bud differentiation of “Oriental Strawberry” ahead of day 6d, but had little effect on flower bud differentiation of “Four Seasons Strawberry” The treatment of “Tong Sheng No.1 Strawberry” and “Oriental Strawberry” had the promotion effect on flower bud differentiation, among which “Oriental strawberry” was the most obvious, “Tong Sheng No.1 Strawberry” “Four seasons strawberry new variety” has almost no effect.
