秦山第三核电厂的CANDU-6型重水堆的二号停堆系统多次由于区域功率监测回路故障而出现通道误脱扣现象,通过其中3起典型的误脱扣故障,对区域功率监测回路放大器及放大器内部的增益电位计进行分析,找出故障的直接原因是放大器的电位计故障。对电位计故障进行分析,确认电位计故障的根本原因是长期调整后滑动接触片及电阻丝磨损。针对故障的根本原因,制定了定期检查、更换电位计等维修策略,提高了区域功率监测回路的可靠性。
The No.2 shutdown system of CANDU-6 heavy-water reactor of Qinshan No.3 nuclear power plant has many times mistakenly tripped the channel due to the failure of the regional power monitoring circuit. Through three typical mistaken trip faults, the regional power monitoring circuit Amplifier and amplifier gain potentiometer internal analysis to find the direct cause of the failure is the amplifier potentiometer failure. Potentiometer fault analysis, to confirm the root cause of the potentiometer fault is long-term adjustment of sliding contact and resistance wire wear. In view of the root cause of the fault, a maintenance strategy such as periodic inspection and replacement of the potentiometer has been formulated to improve the reliability of the regional power monitoring circuit.
