目的:观察四君子汤合当归补血汤对环磷酰胺化疗荷瘤小鼠的免疫保护作用。方法:建立小鼠肉瘤S180移植性肿瘤模型,24 h后随机分为5组:模型组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组及四君子汤合当归补血汤低、中、高剂量~+CTX组。各组接种肿瘤细胞24 h后开始用药,1次/d,连续10 d。分别检测溶血素、碳粒廓清速率、体温及外周血c AMP/c GMP、血小板和T细胞亚群,处死小鼠,检测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和骨髓有核细胞数。结果:与模型组比较,CTX组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周血CD3~+、CD4~+T细胞比例、CD4~+/CD8~+比值、外周血c AMP/c GMP、血小板计数和骨髓有核细胞显著降低(P<0.05),CD8~+T细胞比例升高(P<0.05)。与CTX组比较,四君子汤合当归补血汤各组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周血CD3~+、CD4~+T细胞比例、CD4~+/CD8~+比值、外周血c AMP/c GMP、血小板计数和骨髓有核细胞均有不同程度提高(P<0.05),CD8~+T细胞比例均有不同程度降低(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤合当归补血汤能拮抗化疗引起的机体免疫功能下降,增强机体免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of Sijunzi Decoction and Danggui Buxue Decoction on tumor-bearing mice treated with cyclophosphamide. Methods: Mouse sarcoma S180 transplanted tumor model was established and divided into 5 groups at random after 24 hours: model group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) group and Sijunzi Decoction combined with Dangguibuxuetang low, medium and high dose ~ + CTX group. Tumor cells inoculated with each group 24 h after medication, 1 / d, for 10 days. The hemolysin, carbon clearance rate, body temperature and peripheral blood cAMP / c GMP, platelet and T cell subsets were detected. The mice were sacrificed to detect the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages and the number of bone marrow nucleated cells. Results: Compared with the model group, the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages, the ratio of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ + T cells, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + ratio, cAMP / (P <0.05), and the proportion of CD8 ~ + T cells increased (P <0.05). Compared with CTX group, Sijunzi Decoction and Danggui Buxue Decoction could improve the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages, the ratio of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ + T cells, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + ratio in peripheral blood and cAMP / c GMP, platelet count and bone marrow mononuclear cells increased to some extent (P <0.05), and the proportion of CD8 ~ + T cells decreased to some extent (P <0.05). Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction combined with Dangguibuxuetang could antagonize the chemotherapy-induced decline of immune function and enhance immune function.
