各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校: 法律援助是依法维护贫弱群体的正当权益、维护社会稳定的公益事业。为贯彻落实好《法律援助条例》,省政府确定,将法律援助纳入五大“民心工程”之一的平安社区工程,现就有关问题通知如下: 一、充分认识将法律援助纳入平安社区工程的必要性。在实施平安社区工程中,积极开展对社会贫弱群体的法律援助,保障他们的合法权益,是实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现,是贯彻落实党的十六届三中全会和省委八届六次全会精神,为全省解放思想、干事创业、加快发展营造和谐稳定的社会环境的重要方面,对依法防范和化解社会矛盾纠纷、维护司法公正、建设“平安山东”具有重要意义。各级人民政府及其有关部门要认真贯彻《法律援助条
