一、前言 在带材轧机中为了提高产品产量和质量,采用恒张力轧制工艺。根据工艺要求进行张力控制,通过在小偏差范围内的张力调整来校正厚度偏差,以取得精确的带厚。以往卷取机的张力控制均采用电流、电势复合调节的间接控制方式。为进一步提高张力控制精度,简化控制环节,77~79年我们采用实测的张力进行直接反馈控制。这种直接张力闭环控制系统与间接张力控制方式相比,排除了传动损耗造成的张力误差,具有直观性好、结构简单、控制精度高、带张调速以及有效地实现断带保护等优点。
I. Introduction In the strip mill in order to improve product yield and quality, the use of constant tension rolling process. Tension control is based on the process requirements, and the thickness deviation is corrected by adjusting the tension within a small deviation to obtain the accurate belt thickness. In the past, the tension control of the coiler adopts the indirect control method of current and potential compound adjustment. In order to further improve the tension control accuracy and simplify the control link, we use the measured tension for direct feedback control from 77 to 79 years. Compared with the indirect tension control method, the direct tension closed-loop control system eliminates the tension error caused by the transmission loss, and has the advantages of good visualization, simple structure, high control precision, belt tension control and effective break belt protection.
