采用机械合金化方法,制备了ε- FeXN/BN 磁性纳米复合材料,并用X 射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计分析了α- Fe 与BN 混合粉末的结构和磁性随球磨时间的变化.结果表明,这种原料通过球磨先形成非晶合金,然后非晶合金晶化形成了ε- FeXN/BN,其饱和磁化强度随球磨时间的增加有一最大值,随后逐步减小
Ε-FeXN / BN magnetic nanocomposites were prepared by mechanical alloying method. The structure and magnetic properties of α-Fe and BN mixed powders were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that the amorphous alloy is firstly formed by ball milling, and then the amorphous alloy is crystallized to form ε-FeXN / BN. The saturation magnetization has a maximum value as the milling time increases, and then gradually decreases
