Professor Li Zonghao, the deputy director of the Beijing Emergency Center, was invited to give an academic report on the topic of “popularizing safety culture from modern rescue medicine” at a symposium held recently by experts on promoting China’s safety culture. Combined with his new book, “The First Eyewitness - The Handbook of an Emergency Doctor” (Science Popularization Press, August 1997), the report popularized the emergency rescue culture knowledge to the public and was worthy of public reading.
