锅炉钢烟囱属于高耸结构,风荷载计算在结构设计中起着关键作用。针对中美钢烟囱规范存在的差异,从基本风速、顺向风荷载计算和横向风振判断3方面进行了比较和分析;并以两个工程实例进行了风荷载计算结果比较。比较结果显示:两国规范的基本风速不能混用需进行换算,换算比值取1.45较为合理,按此比值计算得到的顺向风荷载基本一致;针对同一工程案例,两国规范判断横向风振结果可能会不同,结构风荷载设计值也会不同;为保证涉外项目的安全性,应使结构均满足两国规范相关要求。
Boiler steel chimneys are towering structures, and wind load calculations play a key role in structural design. According to the difference of the chimney specifications between China and the United States, comparison and analysis are made on the basic wind speed, forward wind load calculation and lateral wind vibration judgment. The wind load calculation results are compared with two engineering examples. The comparison results show that: the basic wind speed of the two countries can not be mixed and need to be converted, the conversion ratio of 1.45 is more reasonable, and the forward wind load calculated by this ratio is basically the same. For the same project case, Will be different, the structural wind load design values will be different; in order to ensure the safety of foreign projects, should make the structure to meet the relevant requirements of the two countries norms.
