选尾矿废水中含有大量残余浮选药剂,直接回用会影响矿物的浮选指标。采用臭氧氧化法处理浮选尾矿废水可以有效降解水中的浮选药剂,从而使其达到回用的目的。研究了在不同氧化时间、臭氧流量、pH条件下,臭氧氧化法对尾矿废水中2种捕收剂即PJ-053、煤油以及起泡剂2#油的去除效果。结果表明,在氧化时间为12 min,臭氧流量为5 mg.min-1,pH为8时,PJ-053、煤油和2#油的去除率分别为90.3%、70.7%和53%。臭氧处理后的废水回用到浮选流程,得到的铜钼混合精矿中Cu的品位为33.41%,回收率为58.91%,Mo的品位为0.32%,回收率为35.73%,浮选产品指标合格。
Selective tailings waste water contains a large number of residual flotation reagents, direct reuse will affect the mineral flotation index. Ozone oxidation of flotation tailings wastewater treatment can effectively degrade the flotation reagents in water, so as to achieve the purpose of reuse. The removal efficiencies of two kinds of collectors, PJ-053, kerosene and foaming agent 2 # in tailings wastewater were studied by ozone oxidation at different oxidation time, ozone flow rate and pH. The results showed that the removal rates of PJ-053, kerosene and 2 # oil were 90.3%, 70.7% and 53% respectively at the oxidation time of 12 min, the ozone flow rate of 5 mg.min-1 and the pH of 8. The ozone-treated wastewater was recycled to the flotation process. The grade of Cu in the obtained copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate was 33.41%, the recovery rate was 58.91%, the grade of Mo was 0.32% and the recovery rate was 35.73%. The flotation product index qualified.
