陕西省的安康地区地处秦巴山区,水力资源丰富。40多年来除国家在汉江上游建的安康、石泉电站外,当地自建小水电站703处,总装机4.5万kW。全地区有镇坪、平利、石泉、岚皋和紫阳5个县被列入第三批农村水电电气化县建设计划,这对于安康地区国民经济和水利经济的发展是一个难得的机遇。预计到本世纪末电气化县建设达标后, The Ankang area in Shaanxi Province is located in the Qinba Mountains and has rich water resources. There are five counties in Zhenping, Pingli, Shiquan, Luan and Ziyang across the region included in the construction plan of the third batch of rural hydropower electrification counties, which is a rare opportunity for the development of the national economy and water economy of the Ankang region. It is estimated that by the end of this century, the construction of electrified counties will reach the standard.
