一桁架拱桥是在双曲拱桥基础上发展起来的又一种推力体系桥梁,是拱和桁架的组合结构,借助桁架加强拱,使上部结构整体联合作用,具有整体性强、结构受力合理、自重较轻、能充分利用材料强度等特点,对软土地基有较好的适应性。上部结构的构件大都可预制拼装,便于施工和缩短工期。十多年来,我们从设计、施工和管理等方面为改进和提高桁架拱桥做了一些探索,改善了结构受力、降低了工程造价,收到了一定的效果。1982年1月、1983年5月在有关单位支持下,武进县水利工程总队先后对永武、龙尾、新造等三座桁架拱桥进行了静载加压、量测挠度、电测应变、应力、观测裂缝开展等试验,测试表明工程符合设计要求,见表1、表2。
