目的了解深圳市福田区食源性疾病患者疾病经济负担情况并分析疾病经济负担的影响因素,为福田区食源性疾病的防治提供依据。方法于2015年6-10月分别在选定的6家社康中心对符合食源性疾病的546名患者进行问卷调查。分析就诊患者的疾病经济负担情况,采用卡方检验和二元Logistic回归模型探讨食源性疾病经济负担的影响因素。结果 546名食源性疾病患者的总经济负担共为150 869元,人均为276.32元,占家庭平均月收入2.1%。年龄、家庭月收入和最近2个月是否患病是食源性疾病经济负担的主要影响因素。结论食源性疾病给社会带来一定程度的疾病成本,应该推广社区卫生服务,提高基层医疗机构的诊疗水平,同时加强宣传和教育,以有效降低食源性疾病患者的经济负担。
Objective To understand the economic burden of food-borne diseases in Futian District, Shenzhen, and to analyze the influencing factors of the economic burden of disease so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases in Futian District. Methods From June to October 2015, 546 patients with food-borne diseases were surveyed in 6 selected community health centers respectively. To analyze the economic burden of the disease in the treatment patients, and use the chi-square test and binary logistic regression model to explore the influencing factors of the economic burden of the food-borne disease. Results The total financial burden of 546 food-borne diseases patients was 150 869 yuan, with a per capita income of 276.32 yuan, accounting for 2.1% of the average monthly family income. Age, family monthly income and illness in recent 2 months are the main factors affecting the financial burden of foodborne illness. Conclusion Food-borne diseases bring a certain degree of disease cost to the society. Community health services should be popularized to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of grass-roots medical institutions. At the same time, publicity and education should be stepped up to effectively reduce the financial burden on patients with food-borne diseases.
