本文报道了高密度压井液 Ｋ Ｎ Ｐ Ｔ的研制、应用性能及压井现场试验结果。 Ｋ Ｎ Ｐ Ｔ 压井液由水溶性良好、溶液饱和后能充分分散的盐类加重剂 Ｎ Ｎ，专门研制的磺化酚醛树脂分散剂 Ｆ Ｘ Ｊ及稠化剂 Ｐ Ｈ Ｐ Ａ Ｍ 组成。常用配方的密度在１ ．４ —１ ．６ ｇ／ ｃｍ ３ 范围，特殊配方的密度可低至 １ ．２ ｇ／ ｃｍ ３ 。室内岩芯流动实验中含粘土岩芯的渗透率恢复率达９６ ％ —９８ ％ 。在胜利孤岛油田１２ 口高压油、水井各种修井作业中用 Ｋ Ｎ Ｐ Ｔ压井，压井和修井作业的成功率为１００ ％ 。
This paper reports the development of high-density kill fluid K N P T, application performance and kill-site test results. K N P T well killing fluid consists of a salt-based weighting agent N N which is well-water-soluble and sufficiently dispersible when the solution is saturated, a specially developed sulfonated phenolic resin dispersant F X J and a thickener P H P A M. The density of commonly used formula in 1. 4 -1. 6 g / cm 3 range, special formulations can be as low as 1 density. 2 g / cm 3. The permeability of clay-containing cores in indoor core-flow experiments was 96% -98%. In the Kaohsiung Gudao Oilfield 12 high pressure oil and water wells in various workover operations using KNP T well killing, killing and workover success rate was 100%.
