我国国防工业经过三十多年的建设,已经具备了相当的规模和水平。近几年,国防工业在确保战备需要的前提下,在军用技术向民用转移方面做了不少尝试和努力。当前,随着调整与改革的深入进行,我国国民经济正在发生根本性的转变。科技档案工作如何适应单纯军用技术向军民兼用的转移,并在转移中努力提高经济效益,则是科技档案部门面临的一个新问题。下面拟提出一些不成熟的看法,同大家磋商。 After more than 30 years of construction, our national defense industry already has a considerable scale and level. In recent years, the national defense industry has made many attempts and efforts in the transfer of military technology to the civilian population on the premise of ensuring its readiness for combat readjustment. At present, with the deepening of adjustment and reform, our country’s national economy is undergoing a fundamental change. How science and technology archives can adapt to the shift of purely military technology to military and civilian use, and strive to improve economic efficiency in the transfer, is a new problem facing the scientific and technological archives department. The following is intended to make some immature views, to discuss with you.
