我国于1993年颁布了有关非线性畸变负荷的谐波允许限值(GB/T14549-93《公用电网谐波》)的国家标准。铁道部门专家对该标准有不同的看法,希望结合电气化铁道特点共同协商制定电铁谐波标准。国家计委为此专门组织两部专家进行攻关。由于电力部门缺少对电网谐波的实时监测手段,该标准并未在电气化铁道供电系统中真正实行过。最近国家决定重新修订该项标准。电铁牵引负荷执行国家新的谐波标准势在必行。作者对交流牵引负荷和牵引供电系统的特点进行了分析,结合IEC和英国有关谐波的标准和技术文件,提出《交流电气化铁道牵引负荷的谐波评估》,希望能对我国电铁供电工作者有所帮助。
In 1993, China promulgated a national standard on the allowable limits of harmonic distortion (GB / T14549-93 “utility grid harmonics”) for nonlinear distortion loads. Railway sector experts have different views on the standard, hoping to negotiate the development of electrified railway harmonic standard with the characteristics of electrified railway. To this end, the State Planning Commission organized two specialists to tackle the problem. Due to the lack of real-time monitoring of grid harmonics in the power sector, this standard has not really been implemented in electrified railway power supply systems. Recently, the state decided to revisit the standard. It is imperative to implement the new harmonic standard of electric traction in China. The author analyzes the characteristics of AC traction traction and traction power supply system. Based on the IEC and UK harmonics standards and technical documents, the author puts forward the harmonic assessment of AC traction load in electrified railway. Help
