随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,国民经济水平也在不断发展。同时,企业在市场中的竞争也愈发激烈,如何在竞争中处于不败之地是企业经营者探究的问题。企业也具有生命周期,企业战略必须要符合生命周期发展规律才能实现企业的跨越式发展。本文对企业生命周期和市场营销战略进行了分析,针对不同的生命周期提出了不同的战略。旨在为我国企业的进一步发展做出一定的贡献。
