六优杂交粳稻的混杂原因及其防止途径

我国育成的杂交粳稻,多引用Chinsurah BoroⅡ细胞质(简称BT型细胞质)培育的不育系。该细胞质自1972年引进后,经相互转育已育成了一大批粳稻不育系。如东北、华北的黎明A、秀岭A、秋光A等;长江流域的六千辛A、当选晚2号A、农虎26A、76-27A等。BT型不育系一般在三核期败育,此时花粉粒已积累较多的淀粉,可以用I-KI溶液染色,所以这类不育系在分类上又称染败型不育系。近年来,在生产和实践中发现,BT型不育系普遍存在混杂退化现象。而对混杂退化的原因,目前看法很不一致。人们往往担心不育系本身的育性不稳定,从而使杂交粳稻的推广受到一定影响。本文根据近年来的调查研究,对六优杂交粳稻混杂退化的现象和原因以及BT型不育系六千辛A的育性稳定性等问题作了探讨。
