目的:研究分析基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)在子宫内膜异位症中的基因多态性以及表达。方法:选择30例子宫内膜异位症患者,取其子宫内膜及异位内膜组织检测MMP-1、MMP-3蛋白的表达水平;取其外周血白细胞检测基因的多态性(设为研究组),并与32例健康妇女(设为对照组)进行对比。结果:正常内膜组织MMP-1、MMP-3蛋白的表达量与异位内膜的相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MMP-1中的2G等位基因频率(81.0%)显著高于对照组(65.8%)(P<0.05),MMP-3中的5A、6A等位基因频率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-1、MMP-3蛋白的大量表达可能与子宫内膜异位症密切相关,MMPs基因上的某些多态性位点可能可预测子宫内膜异位症的发病。
Objective: To study the gene polymorphism and expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in endometriosis. Methods: Thirty patients with endometriosis were selected to detect the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 protein in the endometrium and ectopic endometrium. The polymorphisms of peripheral blood leukocytes were detected For the study group) and compared with 32 healthy women (set as control group). Results: The expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in normal endometrium was significantly different from that in ectopic endometrium (P <0.05). The frequency of 2G allele in MMP-1 %) Was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.8%) (P <0.05). The frequencies of 5A and 6A alleles in MMP-3 were not significantly different from those in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The overexpression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 may be closely related to endometriosis. Some polymorphisms of MMPs may predict the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
