中国外贸面临大考。笔者认为,中国应该坚定地继续扩大出口,甚至包括欧美传统市场,都要加大拓展的力度。笔者注意到,欧美市场在整个经济回落需求收缩的过程当中,对中国纺织品、轻工品需求的弹性是比较小的,变化不大。中国的这些产品基本维持了20%以上的出口增长。但是机电产品等很多投资类的设备出口,则只能维持6%~8%的增长。这说明在新投资领域的经济增长的恢复是缓慢的,民间消费的需求是依然存在的。中国中小企业承担着83%的出口任务,2011年出口的回落与中小企业经济发展速度和信贷规
China’s foreign trade is facing a final exam. In my opinion, China should firmly expand its exports and even expand the traditional markets in Europe and the United States.
