时下,资本市场的发展日新月异,商业银行为大众提供的金融服务也是琳琅满目,即使耗费个人大量精力想要了解所有的市场信息和银行业务,也未必能够取得最大化效果。既然如此,我们大家为什么不相互交流,相互学习,互通有无,共同获益呢?最近,工行网站推出了新版工行学苑频道,为大众搭造了一个能够互动问答、解决问题、交流经验的,大家帮助大家的平台。通过笔者的亲身体验,了解到工行网站的工行学苑频道主要涉及以下几个功能板块:网友问答、知识贡献、工行知识库、学习体会;同时还有实用手册、品牌诠释、案例分享等辅助信息板块。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of the capital market, the financial services provided by the commercial banks to the general public are numerous and may not be able to achieve the maximum effect even if it takes a lot of individual effort to understand all the market information and banking services. In view of this, why do not all of us communicate with each other and learn from each other and benefit from each other? Recently, the ICBC website launched a new version of ICBC Academy Channel to create a platform for the public to interact, answer questions and exchange experiences. We help everyone’s platform. Through the author’s personal experience, I learned that the ICBC channel of ICBC website mainly involves the following several functional sections: User Q & A, Knowledge Contribution, ICBC Knowledge Base, Learning Experience; At the same time there are supplementary information sections such as practical manuals, brand interpretation and case sharing .
