本文认为当前大学外语通识教育的改革除了需要厘清大学通识教育的理念,比较国内外高校的通识教育沿革,以及梳理国内大学的外语通识教育课程设置外,还需要开展针对具体外语通识课程的个案研究。本文在梳理国内外部分高校通识教育沿革及其现状的基础上,分析了大学外语通识教育的理念及其在课程设置方面的基本要求;并以笔者所开设的外语通识课程为研究对象,通过问卷调查、课堂观察和集体访谈等方法进行了个案研究。结果发现该外语通识课程在课程设置、教学方法和教学效果等方面还存在不足,本文就其原因进行了分析并提出了相关建议。
This paper argues that in addition to the need to clarify the concept of general education in universities and compare the history of liberal education at home and abroad with the reform of foreign language general education in universities, as well as to sort out the curriculum of foreign language general education in domestic universities, Case Study of Knowledge Courses. Based on the analysis of the history and current situation of general education in some colleges at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the concept of general foreign language education in universities and its basic requirements in curriculum setting. Taking the course of general knowledge of foreign languages , Conducted case studies through questionnaires, classroom observation and group interviews. The results show that there are still some shortcomings in this course, such as the curriculum, teaching methods and teaching effects. This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions.
