Tyzzer＇s菌为严格的细胞内寄生,无法在人工培养基上增殖,目前国内常使用的方法为鸡胚和实验动物活体传代。我们实验室成功地在小鼠3T3细胞上培养小鼠Tyzzer＇s菌（MT-3T3）用套式PCR方法扩增,扩增出Tyzzer＇s茵特有的196hp条带。目前MT-3T3细胞已经应用于分子生物学和分子病理学的研究。
Tyzzer’s bacteria is a strict intracellular parasites, can not be cultured in artificial media, the current method is commonly used in chick embryos and experimental animals in vivo passage. Our laboratory successfully cultured mouse Tyzzer’s bacteria (MT-3T3) on mouse 3T3 cells using a nested PCR method to amplify a 196 hp band unique to Tyzzer’s. Currently MT-3T3 cells have been used in molecular biology and molecular pathology.
