实验选用96只新西兰种雄性家兔,用703型连续式CO_2激光器(输出功率30瓦)作照射源,用2型红外激光剂量仪测剂量。急性实验:测定一次作用阈和功率密度时,实验照射时间为0.5~4分钟。观察引起角膜上皮脱落的最低能量作为照射的作用阈。角膜表皮活体染色(1%荧光素钠溶液)镜检表明,一次照射作用阈剂量为21J/cm~2。继后用阀剂量和相当于1/7阈剂量的阈下量进行
Ninety-six New Zealand male rabbits were selected for experiment, and 703 continuous CO 2 laser (output 30 watts) was used as the irradiation source and the type 2 infrared laser dosimeter was used to measure the dose. Acute Test: When measuring the action threshold and power density, the experimental irradiation time is 0.5 to 4 minutes. The lowest energy that caused corneal epithelial detachment was observed as the action threshold of irradiation. Corneal epidermal biopsy (1% sodium fluorescein solution) microscopy showed that the threshold dose of a radiation action was 21J / cm ~ 2.
