热媒炉长期运行,积灰附着在TL换热器翅片管外和空气预热器烟道内,使排烟温度上升,热效率降低。利用自动吹灰、除尘系统,吹扫并收集TL换热器翅片管外和空气预热器烟道内的积灰,有效的降低排烟温度,提高炉效,减少燃料油消耗。当增加吹灰次数后,空压机及吹灰除尘器的各个附属设备耗电量也会随之增加,我们选取不同输量下的热媒炉不同吹灰频率下的消耗电量及节约燃油量数据对比,证实每天进行一次自动吹灰、除尘,可以更有效的提高热媒炉效率,减少能源消耗。
Long-term operation of the heat medium furnace, fouling attached to the TL heat exchanger outside the fin tube and air preheater flue, the exhaust gas temperature increases, thermal efficiency decreases. Utilizing automatic soot blowing and dust removal system, purging and collecting the fouling in the flue of TL heat exchanger fin tube and air preheater can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the furnace efficiency and reduce the fuel oil consumption. When increasing the number of blowing dust, the power consumption of each auxiliary equipment of the air compressor and the sootblower will also increase. We choose the power consumption and the fuel consumption under different blowing frequency of the heat medium furnace under different output Data comparison, confirmed once a day automatic soot blowing, dust removal, can more effectively improve the efficiency of the heat medium furnace to reduce energy consumption.
