编者按:随着领导学研究的深入和各国对领导力的重视,领导力开发与培养的对象由领导者转向一般成年人,进而转向青少年。学生领导力,特别是大学生领导力开发与培养是目前领导力研究的一个重要领域。在国内虽然已经有些高校从事大学生领导力开发与培养方面的研究和实践,但总体而言,尚处于起步阶段。大学生领导力开发与培养在全球化背景下,对国家的发展具有重要的战略价值,对大学生个人素养的提升也具有重要的意义。本期特刊发三篇文章,以飨读者。
Editor’s Note: With the deepening of research on leadership and the emphasis on leadership in various countries, the target of leadership development and training has shifted from the leaders to the average adult and the youth. Student leadership, especially the development and cultivation of university student leadership, is an important area of current leadership research. Although some universities in China have been engaged in the research and practice of university students’ leadership development and training, they are still at an initial stage in general. Under the background of globalization, the development and cultivation of college students ’leadership has an important strategic value for the development of the country and is also of great significance to the improvement of college students’ personal qualifications. This issue special issue three articles to readers.
