煤炭部在六月底召开了总工程师会议,会上听取了胡富国副部长的报告及部三位副总的有关说明,生产司、技术司领导分别做了专题发言,13个单位做了经验介绍,代表们进行了讨论,最后由于洪恩部长做了总结。会议开得很成功,收获很大。 会议回顾了基本建设、开拓掘进方面所取得的成绩,明确了今后的方向和奋斗目标。在煤矿基本建设方面,近年来取得的技术进步是显著的,如地质勘探方面有了新的技术和新的装备;建井方面普通施工与特殊施工都有了新发展;普通法施工形成了机械
The Ministry of Coal held a meeting of chief engineers at the end of June. At the meeting, he heard a report from Vice Minister Hu Fuguo and related explanations given by the three deputy generals. The leaders of the Production Division and the Technical Division made separate presentations, and 13 organizations introduced experiences. The delegates discussed and finally concluded because of Minister Hong. The meeting was very successful and very rewarding. In the basic construction of coal mines, the technological progress achieved in recent years has been remarkable. For example, new technologies and new equipment have been used in geological exploration; there are new developments in ordinary construction and special construction in well construction; common-law construction has formed machinery.
