目前细钢筋弯曲加工机械一般都只能在一机上弯曲单一的角度,有的机械虽能一机弯曲二、三种角度,但必须同时用2~3人采用推磨式的流水方式操作;或虽一机同时弯曲多种角度,但只能用于定型产品,专机专用,不易变换尺寸和弯曲形状。对于有多种弯曲角度的钢筋(图1)基本上还采用原始的手工操作方法,劳动强度大,工效低,质量也无法保证。为改革这一工艺,适应产品不定型的生产要求,我厂制成了12—4型可调程序钢筋弯曲机,用于加工不定型的细钢
