河北省黑龙港地区,在农用浅机井的建设中,根据本地区含水层具有砂层薄、颗粒细,涌水量不大的特点,近年来常采用竹笼包网过滤器。这种过滤器的工艺技术已由水电部编入即将颁发的农用机井技术规范中。所谓竹笼过滤器,即在穿孔(或条孔)混凝土管外垫竹筋后,紧贴混凝土管外周,再包上由质韧力强的竹片、竹篾分别为经和纬交叉编织成的园形竹笼网。若在粉细砂地层使用,在竹笼外再包一层尼龙网纱(图1)。这种过滤器具有两个显著特点:一是利用造价便宜、易于加工的竹篾代替镀锌铁丝;二是骨架外的竹笼具有立体桥式与水平条缝两种孔隙,渗透性较强。为了进一步完善竹笼过滤器的设计,我们对竹笼过滤器进行了渗透试验与研究。
In the area of Heilonggang, Hebei Province, in the construction of agricultural shallow wells, the aquifer in this region has the characteristics of thin sand layer, small grain size and little water inflow. This filter has two salient features: First, the use of cheap, easy processing of bamboo instead of galvanized iron wire; Second, outside the framework of the bamboo cage with a horizontal and horizontal bridge two kinds of porosity, permeability is strong. In order to further improve the design of bamboo cage filter, we conducted a bamboo cage filter penetration test and research.
