油田采水量的不断增加对原油生产和储量采收率的有害影响越来越受到人们的关注和重视。C—FER对井下油、水分离技术进行了可行性研究,设想把水力旋流分离器与常规井下抽油系统结合起来,实现采油、井下油水分离和把采出水同时注入同井地层,并且进行了电动潜油泵、螺杆泵和有杆泵等的联合工业设计。PanCanadlan石油有限公司在加拿大阿莱恩斯(Alliance)油田现场试验了这种井下油、水分离新技术。本文将阐述该项技术的经济评价、完井、目标井选择、系统设计以及现场试验的初步结果。
