利用硫铝酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、PC高效聚羧酸减水剂、X型消泡剂、P型缓凝剂等配制高流动度、微膨胀水泥基灌浆材料。讨论了拌合水量、硫铝酸盐水泥掺量、PC高效聚羧酸减水剂掺量对水泥基灌浆材料流动性能及强度的影响。试验表明:水泥基灌浆材料最佳加水量、硫铝酸盐水泥掺量、聚羧酸减水剂掺量分别为14%、3.5%、0.18%;1 d、28 d抗压强度分别达25.3 MPa、78.4 MPa;0 min、30 min流动度分别为320 mm、300 mm,展现出良好的力学及流动性能;3 h、3 h与24 h竖向膨胀差值达0.425%、0.251%,满足GB/T50448―2008《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》技术要求。
The use of sulphoaluminate cement, ordinary portland cement, PC polycarboxylate superplasticizer, X-type defoamer, P-type retarder preparation of high mobility, micro-expansion cement-based grouting material. The effects of mixing amount of water, content of sulphoaluminate cement and content of PC polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the flowability and strength of cement-based grouting material were discussed. The results show that the optimum water content, the content of sulphoaluminate cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer are 14%, 3.5% and 0.18% respectively. The compressive strength of cement-based grouting material reaches 25.3 MPa and 78.4 MPa respectively. The fluidity at 0 min and 30 min was 320 mm and 300 mm, respectively, showing good mechanical and fluid properties. The difference between vertical expansion at 3 h, 3 h and 24 h was 0.425% and 0.251% GB / T50448-2008 “Cement-based grouting material application technical specifications” technical requirements.
