层流架作为一种控制实验动物环境净化的设施,在国外已使用多年。我国从1983年始,由上海实验动物研究中心与上海佘山净化设备厂联合研制,生产出第一代国产层流架(SSJ—CJ型),迄今已有80余台供北京、上海等地科研单位用于饲育裸鼠及清洁动物,取得满意的结果。在推广使用时,提出了这样的问题:层流架内产生的噪声和风速这些物理因素,是否会影响动物的生长发育、繁殖和正常的生理生化功能?为了弄清这一问题,我们设计了本实验。将一批小鼠分别饲养在国产SSJ—CJ层流架、日本产ATCL
Laminar flow shelves, as a facility to control the environmental purification of laboratory animals, have been used abroad for many years. Since 1983, the first generation of domestic laminar flow frame (SSJ-CJ) has been developed by Shanghai Experimental Animal Research Center and Shanghai Sheshan Purification Equipment Factory. So far, there are more than 80 sets of scientific research units for Beijing and Shanghai Used to nurture nude mice and clean animals, and achieved satisfactory results. In promoting the use of this question, the question was posed as to whether physical factors such as noise and wind speed in the laminar flow frame can affect the growth, reproduction and normal physiological and biochemical functions of animals? To clarify this issue, we designed this experiment. A group of mice were housed in domestic SSJ-CJ laminar flow frame, Japan-made ATCL
