远程开放教育亚文化既是远程开放教育以专业或班级管理工作的心理平台,也是学校文化的根本载体。良好的亚文化是形成具有远程开放教育特色的班集体凝聚力的精神基础,也是提高远程开放教育学生学习效果的重要保证。远程开放教育亚文化具有更强的包容性,其道德准则、道德评价应是多元化的,也应更加重视和加强在网络条件下对学生的人文关怀。构建远程开放教育亚文化要充分运用心理学的一些方法,影响学生价值观念和行为准则;充分运用网络优势,开辟远程开放教育亚文化的新平台;加大远程开放教育班集体活动的组织力度;同时,还必须重视制度建设。
Open and Distance Education Sub-culture is not only the psychological platform for the professional and class management of distance and open education, but also the fundamental carrier of school culture.
