长轴两端淬火后进行硬度测定时由于轴太长很伤脑筋:用手托着不安全;用锉刀锉不准;用凳子垫一头太麻烦。因为我厂每月都有不少这样的零件需测定硬度,所以我们制造了一个长轴端头硬度测定装置(见图),装上就能应用,非常简单。中间螺杆与两边两个套圈旋进后焊住,使两个套圈固定。右边一个套圈装在硬度计上,用M10螺丝固定,然后再放上一个V型工作台,左边一个套圈孔内也装一个V型工作台,这样两个工作台都可放长轴。若轴
