在高中体育教学及体育训练活动中,由于学生身体自身的因素会产生运动型疲劳,这是体育运动比较常见的现象。如何正确对待运动型疲劳,并消除运动型疲劳造成的消极影响,成为了高中体育的主要研究内容之一。运动型疲劳是人的一种正常生理现象,是人的身体对于疲劳的一种周期性反应,我们大可不必紧张。在高中体育中,我们要积极引导学生正确认识运动型疲劳。但是我们也要对运动型疲劳引起足够的重视,在运动型疲劳期间,要减轻学生的体育运动量,使身体处于逐渐恢复的状态。如果不能正确消除运动型疲劳,很容易造成学生在体育运动中力量枯竭而对身体造成永久性的伤害。所以,我们在高中体育中必须开展消除运动型疲劳的研究,找到正确消除的办法。
