最近几年,法国人越来越喜欢吃快餐和冷藏食物,它引起了法国“全国烹调协会”的严重关注。为了保护法国菜,该会向法国教育部提出申请,要求对全法国8岁至11岁的学生增加一门“味觉教育课程”,课程内容包括餐具摆设、食品产地来源以及法国菜的优点等。例如:课程中谈到加有洋葱和蒜汁的法国洋葱汤,是一种有益于健康的“防癌汤”,因为洋葱和蒜都是防癌食物,而原汁原味很少加其它作料的法国菜非但味道鲜美,也是保健食品。
In recent years, more and more French people like to eat fast food and cold food, which aroused the serious concern of French “National Cuisine Association”. In order to protect French cuisine, the association submitted an application to the French Ministry of Education to request the addition of a “Taste Education Curriculum” to students aged 8 to 11 in France. The courses include tableware, sources of food origin and the advantages of French cuisine. For example, the course mentioned French Onion Soup with Onion and Garlic, a healthy “anti-cancer soup,” because onions and garlic are both anti-cancer foods and less authentic and other ingredients French cuisine not only delicious, but also health food.
