在电力系统经济调度最优潮流程序的基础上，进行了最佳转运方案的理论研究及其工具开发工作，根据该数学模型的特点，提出了适用于多家利益实体组成联合电网、优化转运决策的分解协调算法，并就华东电网实际转运算例作出了试算和分析。
On the basis of the power system economic dispatch optimal flow program, the theoretical research and tool development work of the optimal transshipment program was carried out. According to the characteristics of the mathematical model, a multi-benefit entity was proposed to form a joint power grid and optimize the transshipment decision. The decomposition of the coordination algorithm, and made a trial calculation and analysis of the actual conversion example of East China Power Grid.
