目的:研究营养治疗在临床妊娠糖尿病患者治疗中的效果。方法:选取我院2010年6月至2017年5月期间入院接受治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者126例,按照治疗方法的不同进行分组后,分为了对照组63例,采取常规营养指导,实验组63例,在对照组的基础上,增加医学营养治疗方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的妊娠结局,并对其治疗满意度进行分析。结果:经治疗对比后,实验组早产、巨大儿、刨宫产发生率均低于对照组,经比较P<0.05,符合统计学研究意义。同时患者治疗期间的血糖指标优于对照组,经比较P<0.05,符合统计学研究意义。两组患者的临床治疗满意度经比较,实验组优于对照组,经比较P<0.05,符合统计学研究意义。结论:经临床比较后,采取营养治疗后,患者的临床血糖、血压等情况,均得到了较好的控制,同时患者的妊娠结局也优于对照组,对患者的临床生活质量有较大的提升,在临床中营养治疗方法值得进行推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of nutritional therapy in the treatment of gestational diabetes in clinical patients. Methods: 126 cases of gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to May 2017 were divided into control group (n = 63) and routine nutrition guidance (n = 63) according to the different treatment methods. Conclusion: After clinical comparison, after taking nutritional therapy, the patients ’clinical blood glucose and blood pressure have been well controlled. At the same time, the patients’ pregnancy outcome is better than that of the control group, and the clinical quality of life of the patients is greater Enhance, in the clinical nutrition treatment is worth promoting.
