现代企业制度的核心是有限责任制度。有限责任制度不同于无限责任制度。有限责任制度不坚持完全赔偿原则,其最高价值追求不是公平正义而是经济效益。有限责任制度是一种违背公平原则、平等原则和诚信原则的制度。从人类社会道德发展史的角度看,有限责任制度不是历史的进步而是历史的倒退。有限责任制度的全面实施对当今时代道德风气败坏负有责任。
The core of modern enterprise system is the limited liability system. The system of limited liability is different from the system of unlimited liability. The limited liability system does not insist on the principle of complete compensation. Its pursuit of the highest value is not fairness and justice but economic benefits. The system of limited liability is a system that violates the principle of fairness, equality and honesty. From the perspective of the history of human moral development, the system of limited liability is not a historical progress but a historical retrogression. The full implementation of the limited liability system is responsible for the moral degeneration in today’s era.
