王蒙是中国当代最具时代功绩和历史代表性的作家,在整个汉语新文学发展过程中处于重要的时空链接点上。在新中国的每个重要历史阶段,王蒙几乎都有相当的文学贡献,这些贡献含有浓厚的理念探索和艺术探索成分,而现有的王蒙研究却还较多停留在文学批评的学术层次上。因此,王蒙所提供的文学现象,理应成为当代学术研究的重要对象。探讨王蒙研究的学术理路,可以从王蒙的思想艺术追求与民族精神资源的形成之间的差异性寻找,也可以从王蒙的批判及其必然的尴尬等内部关系中解析。
Wang Meng is a writer with the most contemporary achievements and historical representativeness in contemporary China and is at an important time-space link in the development of Chinese new literature. At every important historical stage in New China, Wang Meng has almost all of his literary contributions. These contributions contain a wealth of ideas and artistic exploration elements. However, the existing research on Wang Meng still stays at the academic level of literary criticism. Therefore, the literary phenomenon provided by Wang Meng should become an important object of contemporary academic research. Studying the academic route of Wang Meng’s research can be looked upon from the difference between Wang Meng’s pursuit of intellectual art and the formation of national spiritual resources, as well as from Wang Meng’s criticism and its inevitable embarrassment.
