目的观察静磁场对牙种植体骨结合的影响。方法于实验兔股骨外侧髁植入牙种植体。实验组在种植体植入部位建立磁场强度为50 mT的静磁场,对照组无静磁场。在种植体植入后不同时间点,分别检测种植体的稳定性、骨结合率和种植体拔出力。结果在种植体植入后8周内,实验组种植体稳定性、骨结合率和拔出力高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论静磁场能促进牙种植体的骨结合,缩短种植体达到稳定骨性结合的时间。
Objective To observe the effect of static magnetic field on the osseointegration of dental implants. Methods The dental implants were implanted in lateral femoral condyle of experimental rabbits. In the experimental group, a static magnetic field with a magnetic field strength of 50 mT was set up at the implantation site of the implant, while the control group had no static magnetic field. At different time points after implants were implanted, the stability of implants, the rate of bone union and the pull-out force of implants were measured. Results In the 8 weeks after implants, the implant stability, the rate of bone union and the pull-out strength of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The static magnetic field can promote the osseointegration of dental implants and shorten the time of stable osseointegration.
