目的:观察扶正祛腐化瘀法治疗乳腺癌术后创面不愈83例临床疗效。方法:内服扶正祛瘀生肌方结合长皮膏外敷为主治疗乳腺癌术后创面83例,8周后评价疗效。结果:83例患者痊愈72例,显效7例,有效3例。痊愈率86.75%,痊愈时间20～58天,平均(36.71±9.53)天。8周未愈患者继续治疗,1例患者因肝转移未坚持治疗创面未愈,其余均愈。结论:扶正祛腐化瘀法能有效促进乳腺癌术后创面愈合。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of 83 cases of wound healing after breast cancer treatment with Fuzhengquxu Huayu method. Methods: Oral Fuzheng Stasis with muscle preparation combined with long-skin ointment in the treatment of postoperative wounds in 83 cases of breast cancer, 8 weeks after the evaluation of the curative effect. Results: 83 patients were cured in 72 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 3 cases. The cure rate was 86.75%, the recovery time was 20-58 days, with an average of (36.71 ± 9.53) days. 8 weeks did not heal the patient to continue treatment, 1 patient did not adhere to the treatment of liver metastasis healed, the rest are healed. Conclusion: Fuzheng Qulu Huayu method can effectively promote wound healing after breast cancer surgery.
