军用土地是指国有土地中国家提供给军队使用的那一部分土地。目前,军队经过精减整编后军用土地中空闲用地已有相当数量,通过有偿转让对这部分土地进行开发,是军事经济工作中一项新的事业。因此,有必要在坚持土地国有的基础上,探索和研究军用土地有偿转让经济结构和关系,从军事经济建设的实际出发,建设和完善军用土地有偿转让制度。 Military land refers to the part of the land provided by the State in the state-owned land to the military.
