采用双抗体夹心ELISA法和放射免疫法观察了67例不同类型的支气管哮喘,30例支原体肺炎及30例呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎患儿的可溶性细胞间粘附分子(sICAM-1)和总IgE水平,并与30例正常对照组进行比较,结果发现:支气管哮喘组的sICAM-1为231.91±57.07gg/L,总IgE为242.84±52.20IU/ml,支原体肺炎组分别为316.59±86.53ug/L和217.43±67.31IU/ml;RSV肺炎组分别为275.54±67.15~g/L和203.31±51.10I/ml;与正常对照组比较,均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。支气管哮喘组中的30例咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)患儿,两参数稍低于典型的支气管哮喘患儿,但无显著性差异。结果提示sICAM-1与总IgE一起参与了支气管哮喘、支原体肺炎、RSV肺炎的发病过程;并认为sICAM-1可作为变态反应炎症存在与否的可靠指标。
The soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM-1) in 67 children with bronchial asthma, 30 mycoplasma pneumonia and 30 children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia were observed by double antibody sandwich ELISA and radioimmunoassay Total IgE levels, and compared with 30 normal control group, found that: sICAM-1 in bronchial asthma group was 231.91 ± 57.07gg / L, the total IgE was 242.84 ± 52.20IU / ml, Mycoplasma pneumonia group were 316.59 ± 86.53 ug / L and 217.43 ± 67.31IU / ml respectively; RSV pneumonia group was 275.54 ± 67.15 ~ g / L and 203.31 ± 51.10I / ml, respectively. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P <0.01). Thirty patients with Cough Asthma (CVA) in the bronchial asthma group had slightly lower two parameters than those with typical bronchial asthma, but there was no significant difference. The results suggest that sICAM-1 and total IgE are involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, mycoplasma pneumonia and RSV pneumonia. It is also suggested that sICAM-1 can be used as a reliable indicator of the presence or absence of allergic inflammation.
