教师文化是影响教师专业发展、学校发展和教育改革的关键性因素。高校教师合作文化的缺失不仅不利于教师的专业发展,与新的时代潮流不相适应,更与教育教学改革的要求相背离。本文从生态的视角出发,基于文化生态观,认为以共同体为平台,打破个人主义樊篱,建构具有平等、共享、协同等特征的“生态型”教师合作文化,是促进教师专业发展的重要手段和持续保障,对教育改革与发展具有十分重要的意义。
Teacher culture is the key factor that affects teacher professional development, school development and education reform. The lack of cooperation culture of university teachers not only is not conducive to the professional development of teachers, incompatible with the new trend of the times, but also deviates from the requirements of education and teaching reform. From the perspective of ecology, based on the view of cultural ecology, this paper holds that using community as a platform to break the barriers of individualism and constructing a cooperative culture of “ecotype” teachers with the characteristics of equality, sharing and cooperation is the important factor to promote the professional development of teachers Means and sustained support for education reform and development of great significance.
