随着大城市的规模化扩张,绿色施工逐渐成为建筑领域的新要求和新趋势。绿色施工首先要依靠新的施工技术,更要兼顾施工现场与能源和资源节约、环境友好以及综合管理的协同化发展。随着绿色施工的要求逐渐细化,如何评价施工项目是否符合绿色施工标准,建立完善的评价体系成为此领域的热点。本文在前人的基础上,借助多年的工作积累,总结可量化的评价体系,为以后的项目量化评价做好基础。
With the large-scale expansion of large cities, green construction has gradually become the new requirements and new trends in the field of construction. Green construction must first rely on new construction technology, but also take into account the construction site and energy and resource conservation, environmental friendly and integrated management of the coordinated development. With the gradual refinement of the requirements of green construction, how to evaluate whether the construction projects meet the green construction standards and establish a sound evaluation system has become a hot spot in this field. On the basis of the predecessors, this article builds on the accumulation of many years of work, summarizes the quantifiable evaluation system, and lays the foundation for the subsequent quantitative evaluation of the project.
