心电图上出现 QT 间期延长的二尖瓣脱垂患者常易于产生尖端扭转型室性心动过速,这可能是二尖瓣脱垂的少见并发症——猝死的机制之一。晚近资料提示,二尖瓣脱垂者存在着自主神经系统功能紊乱和血循环中儿茶酚胺浓度升高。本文旨在探索二尖瓣脱垂病例中校正 QT 间期(QT_C)与血浆儿茶酚胺浓度之间的关系。
Patients with mitral valve prolapse with prolonged QT interval on the ECG are often prone to torsades de pointes, which may be one of the rare complications of mitral valve prolapse. Recent data suggest that mitral valve prolapse exist autonomic nervous system dysfunction and blood circulation catecholaminergic concentrations. This article aims to investigate the relationship between corrected QT interval (QT_C) and plasma catecholamine concentrations in mitral valve prolapse cases.
