在磷酸改性的Hβ分子筛催化剂作用下,以苯甲醚和乙酸酐为原料,通过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应合成了对甲氧基苯乙酮。通过XRD和NH3-TPD表征研究了磷酸的改性作用。系统地考察了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间对乙酸酐转化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度120℃、催化剂用量2.0g、反应时间2h。在催化剂的4次套用实验中,乙酸酐的转化率和对甲氧基苯乙酮的选择性均大于99.0%。
Methoxyacetophenone was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts acylation using anisole and acetic anhydride as raw materials under the action of phosphate-modified Hβ zeolite. The modification of phosphoric acid was investigated by XRD and NH3-TPD characterization. The effects of reaction temperature, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the conversion of acetic anhydride were systematically investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 120 ℃, catalyst dosage 2.0 g, reaction time 2 h. In the four experiments of catalyst application, the conversion of acetic anhydride and the selectivity to p-methoxyacetophenone were all more than 99.0%.
